Feel like watching this.
Woke up in the morning to find out that my thigh muscles are aching badly, currently still aching. My right knee hurts when I bend it with some pressure, e.g. squatting down. Argh, need to wear the knee support... Have to get use to running with ankle weights... But I still went to church as usual. Had the Ba Chor Mee that I eat almost every Sunday. (: Then the Auntie there knows my preference and all, but no 'Mee Kia' when I got there, so I ordered Bee Hoon + Yellow Noodles. Pastor Mary and Jeremy already ate, I reached late, so they just waited for me to eat finish while talking. Today's session was good, on the book of Daniel. After prayer, we left and I headed home. That's all for my day... Ugh, even my shoulders and biceps are aching, thanks to training with dumb-bells? At least I start training already, now must discipline myself to keep it regular. Alrights, will end this with a video again...
