Really cannot take it, super tired after a long week. Next week still got tests, must study. Then tomorrow must wake up early, senior ask me go cage, he cannot find replacements... Back to today. Woke up past 8.30 AM, felt super tired. Then went to school, had 2 hours POA lecture. Had lunch after lecture at fast food canteen with some friends. Ate the same Macdonalds meal again. Then I stayed at library on my laptop for hours, till 5+ PM, for CCA. Today's training was a killer, 600m x 10 sets. Some more only 2 minutes intervals! Last time only do 6 sets with 5 minutes interval. But I still survived, some more did 50 sets of climbing up and down stairs. After training still can play a little bit of soccer. Then went home. Now super exhausted... Shall not post longer, too tired to.
