Not my school's stadium but somewhat similiar.
Devastating blow to Arsenal and the Arsenal fans, they crashed out of the UEFA Champions League, losing Manchester United 3-1, and aggregate 4-1. A season with no trophy once again, so they better work hard next season. Injury woes may have costed their past few seasons, their defence so vulnerable for that game. Back to today, lessons started at 10.10 AM. 3 hours of Microsoft Access module, did a lot on queries today. Today my load is much easier, just one textbook, no lecture notes, still quite heavy after some time of carrying, because of the laptop + the textbook. After lessons, I went to McDonalds to meet Shawn to eat lunch, he was with a group of friends, so I just joined in. Ordered double-cheese burger meal, upsize and the drink was Milo, costed me only $4.95. After lunch, me and Shawn went to sign up for the NYP road run - competitive (4KM). Then we went to find the Campus Crusade room, but cannot find. So we went to the library, then they say need the PM temperature taking sticker, we only had the AM one. So had to go all the way down to first floor to take temperature then go up 4 stories back to the library. Then we went in, found a table which only had one person sitting by it, he left eventually. So we settled there and used our laptops, just used facebook. Then we went for Campus Crusade. Around near 5 PM, we too 'malu' to just leave for Athletic training like that, so finally we left just before 5 PM. Changed up and reached the track, slacked on the seats for quite some time. Then later warm up run 2.4KM, followed by intensive stretching. Proceeded with our fierce training, supposed to run 600m as fast as we can, 8 sets with 5 minute-intervals. In the end we did 7 sets, some intervals like less than 5 minutes... At the end, my leg ached badly, because yesterday I ran more than 10 rounds with canverse shoes. Actually got the stamina to run, just that leg was aching + no energy. After that we did some stretching, I played around a little with the soccer ball and I went home after changing up, walked to the MRT station together with an acquaintance, don't know how to spell his name. So that's all for my tiring day, you know why I need speedy recovery? Because my training runs from every Monday - Friday...
